On The Edge Arts Festival July 15th - 17th 2011

June 16, 2011
On The Edge is basically a pilot Arts Festival that is getting the city ready for Leeds Fringe which is going to take place from 2012.

The festival is taking place at Temple Works a former mill of huge proportions that is set to become one of the cities up and coming Arts venues. It is going to feature a range of local up and coming talents including performance artists 'Skeleton Project,' theatre company 'Urban Sprawl' and of course yours truly along with a host of other exciting artists!

Over the festival I shall be exhibiting the landmark piece ' 5 on 7' for the final time as a set of five. In addition, I am also running a day long project on Saturday 16th July where you can get involved in the production of a brand new painting, inspired by the Temple Works venue and the debris of the festival!

So, get the date in your diaries and more information to follow soon!

A big thank you to everyone who has been involved in the Beachy Things projec. Whether you have volunteered time to come on a collection in Lemba, Cyprus with me; co...

Our house has had a constant stream of visitors throughout the weekend, with steady sales and fantastic feedback from a variety of audiences.

I would like to say a big thank you to Jill Smith and Laura Slater for exhibiting so beautifully at my house and for bring ar...

Bradford Playhouse Exhibition

February 1, 2011
'Are we Going to Scarborough Fair...' Currently on show at the Bradford Playhouse in the theatre bar, open most days! (See the Bradford Playhouse website for details of events and general opening hours.)

A collection of previously unseen works on board accompany '7 on 5', which is doing a bit of a UK tour at the minute!

On '7 on 5' I am trying to find a more permanent home for this set of canvases as it is simply to large to store in my studio when it is not on display. I would hate to have to...
